Professional equality

The Professional equality index is a tool that serves to assess the pay gap in each company in order to combat gender pay inequalities.

This index is based on the following indicators:

  • gender pay gap: 25/40,
  • difference in the rate of individual pay rises: 20/20,
  • difference in promotion rates: 15/15,
  • number of employees who received a pay rise following their maternity leave: 15/15,
  • parity among the 10 highest salaries: 10/10.

SPB SAS scored 85/100 for 2021, which means that we comply with legal obligations. We continue our commitment to gender equality!
